Our cabins are classic Adirondack and comfortable rustic. They are spread over 20 acres and are each separated by a walk in the woods (not on top of each other). Our lodge is so close to the water's edge that guests feel like they're staying in a luxury boathouse.
Just three miles from Saranac Lake and 10 miles from Lake Placid in the Adirondack Mountains, the property is nestled on twenty wooded acres at the end of a dead end road on the water's edge of Lake Kiwassa.

Guests visit us year over year for the views, the vibes and the lack of video games. You'll love it, especially if you have tweens or other humans that are on devices too much that you want to connect with.
Cabin guests get back to nature while staying in cute, vintage cabins. There is NO TV and you'll enjoy WiFi on our communal WiFi porch. The cabins are cute - a step back in time. They were built in the 60s with Adirondack features like log hewn and knotty pine interior, gas lighting (and now additional electric). Most cabins are waterfront either directly on the lake or Kiwassa Lake Outlet - from both, you’ll enjoy 23 miles of waterways through picturesque lakes and channels.
Lodge guests enjoy amenities of a traditional hotel room plus the luxury and peace of waterfront views within an Adirondack lodge. The suites are large and furnishings comfortable/generous. If you like the amenities of a hotel room, with waterfront views in all but one of our suites, this is the place for you.
